Welcome to bancroft Meadows

Situated just west of Alden Nash, and about a mile south of I96, this executive neighborhood will feature all beautiful new homes and large home sites. You're 20 mins from GR and 40 mins to Lansing!

Exterior.

Exterior aesthetic will feature a clean, white craftsman look with a pewter shingle, white trim accents and black exterior windows, vertical board and batten accent siding on the front with double 4" on the garage, sides and back. The stone will be a river stone color stacked stone.  The garage door will be white with windows in the upper panel.

Main floor.

The main floor will feature over 1800 sqft of beautifully designed living space. Including a large mud room with custom-built bench/hooks. Kitchen will have white shaker style wall cabinets, accented with Treasure Chest wood-tone shaker style island and white quartz counters, and a full suite of kitchen appliances. A gas fireplace is sandwiched between two custom-built cabinets on either side. Vinyl plank through the great room, kitchen, entryway, mudroom, and laundry room. Exterior aesthetic will feature gray siding, accented with a light  stacked stone on the wall of the front, middle bedroom, and black shingles. The front door will be a craftsman style with cedar-tone siding on either side. The front of the house will showcase vertical board and batten siding with double 4" on the sides and back. Black windows and trim accent the gray siding. The black garage door will feature a simple design with windows in the top panel.

Main floor.

The main floor will feature over 1800 sqft, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The HUGE kitchen features a walk-in pantry and large wrap-around island. The primary suite features dual-vanity sinks and a large walk-in closet. The mudroom features a large closet, custom-built bench/hooks, and access to the big laundry room with folding counter. Kitchen will include a full-suite of kitchen appliances. Great room, kitchen, entryways, and laundry will feature vinyl plank, bedrooms will have Shaw carpet and vinyl in the bathrooms. 

Additional details.
